Theory of eccentric orbit and double rotations:
The rotation axes of polishing disc is eccentric from that of the main body, i.e, the polishing disc revolves around the axes of the main body while rotating around its own axes, which therefore results in a "deflective orbit rotation" similar to that of the earth. At the super high turning velocity of 10,000 RPM, any spot area on the surface of work piece will be polished by the sand paper from all-round directions. And thus, more even and smooth polishing effect of the surface can be achieved.
